The Beechwood Organization recently announced the grand opening of its Regional Sales Center located at 2355 Nesconset Highway in Lake Grove, New York. The first of its kind on Long Island, the Regional Sales Center will serve as a central location showcasing Beechwood’s current communities, Country Pointe at Lake Grove, Country Pointe at Miller Place and Country Pointe at Kings Park. The Regional Sales Center will also preview Beechwood’s upcoming communities including Country Pointe at Coram and Country Pointe at Medford.
The Beechwood Organization has developed over 45 communities throughout New York and is currently planning and developing over 5,000 additional homes. According to Joyce Skarka, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Beechwood Organization, “Beechwood pre-sells 50% of its communities from floor plans in the pre-construction phase. As a result, we have amassed a large following of homebuyers interested in purchasing early. The Regional Sales Center will provide purchasers with information on all of our Long Island and New York City communities and enable them to select from a variety of home styles and locations.”
Over the past two decades, the Beechwood Organization has transitioned from small builder to a national leader ranking 138th on Professional Builder Magazine’s 2003 Giants Listing of the Top 400 Builders in the U.S. In its 2003 annual signature salute to the biggest home builders in the country, Builder Magazine ranks the Beechwood Organization as113th largest builder in the U.S.
According to Founder and Co-principal, Michael Dubb, “Beechwood’s unparalled growth has been propelled by its expertise and commitment to excellence. In each succeeding year, we have surpassed the prior year’s accomplishments and with this growth came increased name recognition, stability and profitability.”
One of Beechwood’s most noteworthy upcoming projects is Arverne by the Sea, the 2,300 unit, $500 million dollar Smart Growth Community awarded to the builder in a joint venture with Benjamin Development. “The Beechwood Organization is committed to geographic expansion and long term strategic planning,” says Dubb. “We actively bank land throughout New York continually focusing on the future.”
Headquartered in Jericho, New York, the Beechwood Organization is one of the largest developers of residential housing on Long Island and has crafted over 4,000 homes in the New York region.
