Saratoga’s springs are among the few naturally carbonated waters in the country. Residents and tourists have easy access to the natural springs throughout the town year-round, for drinking and in healings baths at local spas.
Boating, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding are also part of Saratoga’s lake life.
Beyond the springs, the Adirondacks are just about an hour’s drive where a wonderland of both summer and snow sports are never far away.

The exciting thoroughbred racing season at Saratoga Race Course is the most well-known way to experience the deep rooted equine culture here. A polo club dating back to 1898, guided horseback rides along the beautiful trails, and harness racing at the Saratoga Casino Hotel are a few more.
