The Beechwood Organization, the leading residential developer on Long Island and one of the largest in New York State, has been honored by the National Association of Home Builders (www.nahb.org) with three 2015 Silver Awards for luxury lifestyle community Bishops Pond Southampton Village
The three 2015 Silver Awards, also known as “The Nationals”, are presented to Bishops Pond in the categories of best attached community of the year, best architectural design of an attached community and best direct mail program.
Bishops Pond was chosen from more than 1300 entries in a three-day judging process by a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country.
“The Nationals” salute the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance in superior new home sales and marketing achievements. The awards are presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council, under the aegis of the National Association of Home Builders, which encourages professionalism in sales and marketing among the trade group’s 175,000 members. It is the largest competition of its kind and now in its 35th year.
“The Nationals, the most prestigious awards of their kind, set the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” says Christy Beck, chairperson of awards program.
