Jericho-based Beechwood Organization has purchased the final 12 lots of a Riverhead subdivision called the Highlands Club at Reeves
The homebuilder purchased the sites from the original developer, Westminster Communities. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
In June, Beechwood took over 14 residential lots from Westminster at the Highlands Club at Aquebogue, about three miles away from the Reeves Avenue site. Just two homes are left to be sold at the Aquebogue development.
The homes at the two communities are on lots of one-third to one-half acre and range from 2,300 to 3,600 square feet with three to five bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms, all with two-car garages and full basements.
At Reeves, the 12 Beechwood homes start at $569,900. In Aquebogue, the remaining homes are priced from $499,900.
Steven Dubb, a Beechwood principal and project executive for the Highlands Club said the company’s North Fork homes have so far received a warm welcome.
“Now we look forward to extending that hospitality to new home homeowners at Reeves,” Dubb said in a written statement.
