The Beechwood Organization announces the debut of the Del Mar, the newest Townhome design from the Beechwood-Flex Plan. With the grand opening of Phase III at Country Pointe at Coram in September, home purchasers will have the option of selecting the Del Mar, an innovative home design created, and offered exclusively by the Beechwood Organization.
According to Beechwood’s Founder and Co-principal, Michael Dubb, “the Del Mar gives buyers the unprecedented opportunity to custom design their living space and accommodate their particular lifestyle. Our vision with the Del Mar was to offer great flexibility at a moderate price, enabling more home buyers the ability to stay on Long Island.”
Responding to market demand, the Beechwood team designed the Del Mar for a variety of home buyers, including empty nesters, young, first time home purchasers and everyone in between. The Del Mar is perfect for extended families enabling them to be together, yet still maintain privacy. Prices are expected to start in the high 200’s, which is exceptional for a new home on Long Island within in a gated community.
With the optional Flex Plan, buyers can choose between two designs. One design offers a first-floor master suite in addition to a master suite upstairs, with a retreat area, den, and loft. The other design offers the primary master suite on the second floor with a connecting retreat area and separate loft.
According to Joyce Skarka, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Beechwood Organization, “We are very excited about our latest Flex-Plan, the Del Mar. Both designs make terrific use of space, giving home buyers tremendous versatility. Offered at the same asking price, initial feedback tells us both designs will be in great demand.”“With a spacious and elegant feel, Del Mar homeowners will enjoy Florida-like amenities, including a gourmet kitchen and spa shower.” says Kathy Sheck, Beechwood’s Director of Merchandising and Design. Country Pointe at Coram includes acres of natural preserve, a clubhouse, a state-of–the-art fitness center, a pool, sundeck and two tennis courts. Beechwood is also currently selling Country Pointe at Medford, 74 single family homes on ½ acre lots. This fall, the Beechwood Organization has plans to begin previewing active adult communities in both Suffolk and Nassau counties with lifestyle and amenities as a main focus. They currently have a wait list of over 2500 people.
On a local level, the Beechwood Organization is recognized as one of Long Island’s leading home builders by Newsday and has developed over 45 communities throughout New York. On a national level, the Beechwood Organization ranked 138th on Professional Builder Magazine’s 2003 Giants Listing of the Top 400 Builders in the U.S.
