Neighbor greeted neighbor, some meeting for the first time at the Beechwood Organization’s first annual barbeque for homeowners at Country Pointe at Kings Park. Just before the barbeque, the community held the first annual meetings of the Homeowners Association, electing the Board of Directors of the HOA and the Board of Managers for Condominiums I & II.
“There’s a tremendous satisfaction in personally knowing the homeowners who make up the Beechwood family,” says Mike Dubb, Beechwood co-founder. “Talking with them one on one at the barbeque was a great pleasure for me.”
According to Joyce Skarka, Beechwood’s Director of Sales and Marketing, “The Beechwood barbeque was a fitting farewell to summer and welcome to autumn. You truly become part of a family living in a Beechwood community and the barbeque was our way of thanking homeowners, letting them know how very important they are to us.”
“This is my second Beechwood home. For me, Beechwood is the only place to be,” says Country Point at Kings Park homeowner, Diane Braune. “You really sense that Beechwood cares about you as an individual.
